Shipping Policy

We ship all domestic (Australia) orders via Australia Post. Your bookmark(s) will be dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
Delivery times within Australia typically range from 2–6 business days depending on the destination.
We also ship to New Zealand. Please allow up to 10–20 business days for international delivery (please note: customs, NZ Post processing and local transit can add extra time).
Shipping costs and available services (tracked, standard, express) will be shown at checkout.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where applicable).
Please note: Shipping time estimates are based on Australia Post’s services and are not guaranteed — holidays, peak seasons or remote locations may add delays.

I take great pride in the quality of each handmade bookmark. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged individually before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging, along with a brief description of the issue. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
No change-of-mind returns. As all items are handmade, and especially in the case of custom orders, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. That said, if there's ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to help!
